Bao Loc VN Co., Ltd – formerly a tea factory and tea farm belonging to State-owned enterprises, was equitized in December 2005. After many name changes – in February 2021, it was re-established under the Business Registration Certificate No. 5801457037 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Lam Dong province on February 9, 2021.

Bao Loc VN Co., Ltd currently has a tea processing factory with a processing capacity of 3,000 to 3,500 tons of finished tea of all kinds. Regarding agriculture, Bao Loc VN Co., Ltd. has a tea farm located in Bao Loc city and Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province with a total area of 550 hectares, annual harvest output from 9,000 to 10,000 tons of tea fresh buds.
